This Privacy Policy describes how Orenagi ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the orenagi.com platform.

1. Information We Collect

Registration data: name, email address, password (stored as a hash).
Usage data: AI requests, provider type, token counts — for displaying statistics and limits.
Files & media: images, videos, and audio you generate are stored in your Nextcloud storage.
Chat history: conversations with AI are stored in our database for re-access.
API keys: if you provide your own API keys, they are stored encrypted.

2. How We Use Your Data

Providing and improving platform services.
Sending transactional emails (password reset, generation completion notices).
Displaying usage statistics in your dashboard.
Enforcing usage limits per your subscription plan.

3. Data Sharing

Your prompts are sent to the selected AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, etc.) to generate responses. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

Data is stored on secured servers. Database backups are created daily and kept for 14 days. You may delete your account at any time — all data will be permanently removed.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. Analytics cookies are not used without your consent.

6. Your Rights

Access your data — via your dashboard.
Delete your account — in the Profile section.
Export your data — Knowledge Base export is available on the KB page.
