By using orenagi.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Orenagi provides access to AI-powered tools: chat, image/video/audio generation, knowledge base, automations, and multi-agent tasks.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
One person per account.
Automated mass-use accounts (bots) are prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

Create illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Violate third-party rights, including copyrights.
Send spam or conduct automated attacks.
Circumvent platform technical restrictions.

5. Billing

The free plan is provided as-is with usage limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Refunds are available within 3 days of payment — contact shuttap@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for AI response accuracy, service interruptions, or losses resulting from platform use.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using the platform belongs to you. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process it for service delivery purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
