Consent to Personal Data Processing

The personal data operator is Orenagi.com (a registered sole proprietor; full registration details available on request at info@orenagi.com) — hereinafter the "Operator". Contact address for personal data matters: info@orenagi.com.
This document is the data subject's consent to processing, provided in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", given upon registration on orenagi.com (the "Service"). This is a standalone document, not part of the Terms of Service or any other agreement.
By registering on the Service and checking the corresponding box, I confirm that:
- I consent to the Operator processing my personal data: name, email address, AI request content and content I create through the Service, Service usage data, technical data (IP address, cookies) — to the extent and for the purposes described in the "Privacy Policy".
- Consent covers collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (to the extent described in the Policy), anonymization, blocking, and destruction — with or without automation tools.
- I understand this consent is valid until withdrawn (account deletion or a written request to info@orenagi.com) and may be withdrawn at any time.
- I confirm I am at least 18 years old and entitled to give this consent myself.
Regarding Cross-Border Transfer Specifically
This consent does not cover transferring data to foreign recipients (overseas AI providers) — that requires separate consent, see "Cross-Border Data Transfer Consent".
