Cross-Border Data Transfer Consent

The personal data operator is Orenagi.com (a registered sole proprietor; full registration details available on request at info@orenagi.com) — hereinafter the "Operator". Contact address for personal data matters: info@orenagi.com.
This document is a separate data subject consent to cross-border personal data transfer, provided under Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". This is a distinct consent — it is not replaced or covered by the general "Consent to Personal Data Processing".
Why This Is Needed
orenagi.com is an orchestration platform: to get an AI answer, your request content (and, depending on the model you choose, any attached files, images, or voice messages) is sent to a language model provider, which processes it and returns a response. Some of these providers are physically located outside the Russian Federation. Without this transfer, the core functionality of the Service cannot be provided.
Who Receives the Data
Depending on the model/provider you select in Service settings, request data may be transferred to, among others:
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA)
- Anthropic PBC (USA)
- Google LLC (USA)
- Mistral AI (France/EU)
- Groq, Inc. (USA)
- xAI Corp. (USA)
- other AI providers added to the Service as it evolves — the current model list is always visible in your account's AI provider settings.
Only the content of the specific request (text, attachments) needed to generate a response is transferred — not your entire Service usage history.
What I Confirm By Consenting
- I consent to the cross-border transfer of my request content to the categories of recipients above, for the purpose of generating AI responses.
- I understand the recipient country's laws may differ from Russian law regarding personal data protection.
- I understand that without this consent, Service features relying on external AI providers (chat, image/video/audio generation, AI agents) cannot be provided.
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time — account deletion or a request to info@orenagi.com; after withdrawal, those Service features become unavailable.
